Information You Submit
When you request an estimate, the site sends the information you enter to Epic Epoxy Surfaces through the configured form provider, FormSubmit. This can include your name, phone number, city or ZIP code, project type, and message.
Analytics
The site includes a non-PII event layer for actions such as estimate CTA clicks, phone clicks, form starts, validation errors, and successful thank-you page visits. Personal form values are not intentionally sent to analytics events.
Attribution
Campaign parameters such as UTM values, landing page, referring page, and gclid may be preserved in hidden form fields to help understand lead sources. Do not place personal information in campaign URLs.
